Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services

Homeless Health Care Los Angeles (HHCLA) provides Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services for adult Medi-Cal beneficiaries to support them in working toward health and wellness. HHCLA teams primarily have lived experience and are dedicated to meeting participants where they are at and developing client-centered treatment plans that support individuals on their path toward recovery. Services include daily groups, individual substance use counseling and therapy, psychiatry, acupuncture, occupational therapy and case management support.

Community Mental Health Clinic

Homeless Health Care Los Angeles (HHCLA) provides a Community Mental Health Clinic for adult Medi-Cal beneficiaries. HHCLA teams are dedicated to supporting participants in their experience of a mental health concern and toward living meaningful, healthy and productive lives based on an individual’s self-determination and self-identified treatment goals. Services include assessments, therapy, medication, case management, crisis intervention, groups and other supportive services related to housing and employment.

Residential Substance Use Treatment Services

CRI-Help will provide residential substance use treatment services at the Center for Collaborative Care for adult Medi-Cal beneficiaries and their families to help them move toward recovery and wellness. Participants in the residential program will have access to a daily schedule that includes meditation, groups, individual therapy, case coordination services, and the opportunity to build new relationships in recovery through recovery-focused recreation activities and nutritious meals.

SOBERING CENTER

CRI-Help will operate a Sobering Center at the Center for Collaborative Care that will help individuals to access needed services when they are under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol and in an acute crisis in an effort to minimize unnecessary Emergency Department admits and custodial detentions. Individuals from the Sobering Center will be able to easily transition to the Chemical Dependency Recovery Center or Residential Substance Use Treatment Services.

Chemical Dependency Recovery Center

CRI-Help will operate a Chemical Dependency Recovery Center (CDRH) at the Center for Collaborative Care that helps individuals to detox from the influence of drugs and / or alcohol under medical supervision. Individuals at the CDRH will be able to easily transition to the Residential Substance Use Treatment services or Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services.
